No pets allowed unless they’re registered service animals.
No Tenancy
It’s a 24/7 office membership, not an apartment.
No Smoking
Smoking or vaping must happen 100 feet from the front door.
Be a Professional
This is a workplace first. Keep it friendly and focused.
Members Only
Only paying members can use the space unless guests are approved or day passes are purchased.
2 Guests at a Time
No more than two guests per member at a time without a proper meeting space booking.
Clean Up After Yourself
Tidy your workspace and common areas before you leave, every time.
Connect, Don't Pitch
Collaborate, share ideas, make friends - just don’t directly solicit business.
Pay On Time or Lose Access
If you’re 4 days late on payment, your access is paused until your full balance is paid.
Children Must Be Supervised
Kids must be actively supervised and quietly occupied at all times - no exceptions, no disruptions.
Hands Off, Stay Out
Don’t touch what isn’t yours and don’t enter private offices or restricted areas.
No Shared Access
Never copy or share your key, keycard, or door code with anyone, for any reason.
Stay With Your Guests
Guests must stay with you the entire time they’re here.
Respect Shared Spaces
Don’t hog common areas or leave personal stuff behind
